Native Hodlstay stays currently use BTCPay checkout after the host accepts your request. BTCPay handles the available bitcoin payment options for that invoice. Native USDC and card checkout are planned, not live yet; partner hotel bookings use the partner hotel checkout flow.

Public listing pages keep sensitive location and contact details limited; exact address, host phone or email, and check-in instruction unlocks are planned for a fuller booking detail flow. Hosts verify their phone before a listing can be submitted for review, and every new listing is reviewed by our team before it's published. Hosts can't self-assign trust badges.

Create a profile and run the quick onboarding — the basics, photos, a price and a verified phone number. That gets the listing ready to submit for review. You can refine every detail later in the Property Editor. Start hosting →

Native stays are priced in sats. Guests pay through the BTCPay checkout flow after you accept a request, and host payout handling follows Hodlstay's current payout process. Stablecoin and fiat payout options are planned or partner-dependent, not guaranteed for native stays today.

A flat 15%, taken from the host payout. Guests see a clean price with no added service fee. There are no listing fees and no monthly costs.

No. Native stays are request-to-book today, so you review each guest request and accept or decline before any guest payment is due. Instant book is planned but not live for native stays yet.

Not yet. Deposit collection, damage claims, evidence uploads, guest responses and arbitration are planned for a later release. If something goes wrong with a live stay today, contact support so the team can handle it manually.

During onboarding you can save a source listing URL from another platform for reference while you enter the details manually. The launch form does not copy listing content automatically.

Native Hodlstay bookings currently use BTCPay checkout after host acceptance. BTCPay handles the bitcoin invoice options available for that checkout, such as on-chain bitcoin and, where configured, Lightning. Native USDC and card checkout are planned but not live yet.
