It's a self-catering, self-service unit for two, with its own garden and patio. Solar power keeps things running through loadshedding, and the property is linked to a security provider. Sleeping arrangements An upstairs bedroom, reached by a spiral staircase, with a full bathroom down the hall on the ground floor. Space to gather The spacious open-plan ground floor holds the living area, kitchen and a dedicated workspace. Outside, the garden and patio give you a green space for a morning coffee, an afternoon in the sun, or an evening braai. The area The cottage is a short walk from Delta Central (around 350m), where you'll find a cluster of eateries, coffee spots, a wine bar and a brewery tap room, along with a food market and a patisserie. A little further afield are a Woolworths, a pharmacy, a medical centre and laundry services, all within a kilometre or so. For the outdoors, the walking and mountain-biking trails along the Braamfontein Spruit are close by. Access and arrival Guests have a single carport at the top of the property, with room for a second vehicle behind it. The shared driveway leads down to your own private entrance, garden and patio, with a short flight of stairs up into the loft. Good to know This is a self-catering, self-service unit — cleaning isn't provided during your stay, so guests keep the space tidy and wash their own dishes, leaving it as they found it. For stays of seven nights or more, a floor and linen service is included (sweeping, mopping, and fresh towels and linen). Smoking and vaping are outside only, the property recycles and separates food waste, and no pets are allowed. Personal laundry isn't offered, though there's a laundromat nearby.
